Potent-Sea's Omega-3 oil is sourced from micro-algae known for its high DHA and EPA content. Ours are grown in fermentation tanks free from environmental contaminants like heavy metals, microplastics, and pesticides, and we use a water-based extraction process, so no chemical solvents or heat are involved. High-oleic Sunflower Oil

The good kind of sunflower oil! High-oleic sunflower oil is a type of plant oil made from sunflower seeds that have been bred to contain more heart-healthy oleic fatty acids (monounsaturated fats) and less linoleic acid (polyunsaturated fats). High-oleic sunflower oil is less susceptible to oxidation (which can result in rancidity) than traditional oils, and is a rich source of vitamin E (a fat-soluble nutrient that may help protect cells from age-related damage), making it an excellent carrier oil.

Rosemary Extract

Rosemary is a fragrant evergreen herb native to the Mediterranean. You may be familiar with rosemary as an aromatic herb with great flavor for cooking, but in Potent-Sea it’s valued for something else. Its antioxidant-rich extract makes it a great choice for preserving the shelf-life of finished handmade natural products because it significantly slows down the oxidation of fatty oils, all without the use of synthetics or chemicals. As a natural preservative, it also inhibits the growth of microorganisms.

Neither. There are over 27,000 types of algae. The marine algae used in Potent-Sea comes from Schizochytrium sp., a type of microalgae found in some marine coastal areas.

That depends on the size of your animal. Divide 60 by the daily amount for your pet to figure out how long the bottle will last.

2 years from the date of packaging. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

Potent-Sea is totally different from hemp seed oil and fish oil. Hemp Seed Oil doesn’t contain EPA & DHA - but it is a good source of ALA. Potent-Sea is similar to fish oil based on its amounts of EPA & DHA and health benefits, but it is much healthier because it doesn’t contain heavy metals like mercury. Potent-Sea is also 100% ocean and environmentally friendly, whereas fish oil is not. Compared to Potent-Sea, Phytoplankton has much lower levels of omega-3s, but it is a whole food source and is incredibly beneficial for its minerals, amino acids, and superoxide dismutase (the king of antioxidants).

Yes, Potent-Sea does have vitamin E in it, listed as tocopherols in the ingredients. It helps to ensure that your pet can safely and effectively absorb and use the omega-3 fatty acids. It also helps prevent oxidation (rancidity), which is a known problem with EPA and DHA - It is believed that oxidation of EPA and DHA in the body can have adverse effects, primarily when consumed at very high dosages.

Zoomies!

Oh my goodness...something that you can definitely SEE is working. My husband commented shortly after our "senior" (9.5 yrs) started having Potent-Sea Omega-3 added to her dinner that she's acting like a puppy again. She is more playful and her zoomies have been kicked up a notch! She has long se*y legs and a sighthound body that appeared to be stiffening up a bit when she would sit down. We also have a VERY precious malamute-husky x who has a heart murmur and we add it to her dinner in hopes of keeping her heart muscles strong while a murmur is irreversible. :( Thank you guys!

The changes in my dogs are incredible

Potent-Sea Omega-3

My dogs are young/healthy and all are fed a raw food diet. I was looking for an omega 3 supplement to add to there feedings. I was happy to find something that wasn't in the form of a fish supplement due to pollution contaminants found in our oceans. This is my 3rd purchase of it and I will continue to use this omega3 over any other I've found. All my dogs seem to be doing well on it. Great products! I use many of them.

Happy puppy

Omega 3 for Sophie

Easy to use - small kitty 5lb - so I just put 7 drops on her food. She laps it up and it is helping with her mobility at age 17! I do find the dropper a little leaky and the cloudiness of the oil threw me a bit after putting in the fridge as directed. Thanks to customer service - which is great - assured that was normal. Great product.
