Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 - 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $129 before tax and after discounts. Gift Cards are not applicable.

We offer the following flat rate shipping options to Canada.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and deliverable by the shipping carrier.

In the case where an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to Adored Beast Apothecary by the carrier for the return delivery. Please note that while we try our best to catch errors in delivery addresses before packages are shipped, neither the shipping carrier nor Adored Beast Apothecary are responsible for correcting an incorrect delivery address submitted.

A deliverable address by the Shipping Carrier refers to the correct combination of street #, street name, unit of PO Box (if applicable), city, province/state and postal code.


Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For the Order Status or Tracking Numbers please contact questions@adoredbeast.com.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Before placing an international order check our store locator to see if any local stores near you carry our products.

f your order is lost in transit, we will only refund the product, not the shipping charge.

Tracking International Orders

Due to carrier restrictions you will be unable to track your international order once it has left Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for all international orders is between 4 - 6 weeks.

Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Adored Beast Apothecary is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains an out of stock product, your order won’t ship out until all available items are in stock.

Return Policy

Adored Beast offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied please contact us at questions@adoredbeast.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will initiate the refund process. You can learn more about our return policy here.

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at questions@adoredbeast.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Lost Products

Although rare, sometimes packages do get lost in the mail. If your package does not arrive within 8 days, please get in touch at questions@adoredbeast.com. If you submit a claim yourself with the courier, we will have to wait until the investigation is complete before a replacement can be sent.

 

International Transaction Fees

Adored Beast does not charge international transaction fees (or foreign transaction fees). These are charged by the bank, credit card issuer, or payment service (ex. PayPal), even when your credit card is charged in your local currency. These fees vary and are set and collected by the bank, credit card issuer, or payment service (ex. PayPal) — they aren't controlled by Adored Beast in any way. International customers can reach out to their bank/credit card issuer/payment service to learn more about these fees. Although it may show up on your statement as “Adored Beast” it is not actually an Adored Beast charge, and unfortunately the resolution is out of our hands.
