Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2- 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $129+ before tax.

We offer the following flat rate shipping options to the Canada.

Note: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Customers may experience some delays in shipping.

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For the Order Status or Tracking Numbers please contact logistics@adoredbeast.com.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Before placing an international order check our store locator to see if any local stores near you carry our products.

Tracking International Orders

Due to carrier restrictions you will be unable to track your international order once it has left Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for all international orders is between 4 - 6 weeks.

Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Adored Beast Apothecary is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains an out of stock product, your order won’t ship out until all available items are in stock.

Return Policy

Adored Beast offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied please contact us at questions@adoredbeast.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will initiate the refund process. You can learn more about our return policy here.

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at logistics@adoredbeast.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
